Contract 1: Electrical Feeder Replacement
Work of the project consists of the Courthouse Complex \ Safety Building Main Electrical Feeder replacement as indicated on the project Drawings and Specifications.
Project Completion: Work of the project shall be Substantially Complete within 315 calendar days.
One MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will take place on February 21, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., meet at the Courthouse Facilities Management Office G-1, 901 North 9TH Street, Milwaukee, WI.
BIDS RECEIVED FROM CONTRACTORS NOT ATTENDING THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL NOT BE OPENED. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. SEE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH SECURITY SCREENING STATIONS AT COURTHOUSE ENTRANCES.
Sealed bids are due in the County Clerk’s Office, Room 105, Milwaukee County Courthouse, on March 14, 2018 at 2 P.M.
Bids will be publicly read in Room 105, Milwaukee County Courthouse, 5 minutes after due time.
