Contract 1: Boiler System Replacement
Work of the project consists of replacing two (2) existing hot water boilers with two (2) new hot water condensing boilers as indicated on the project Drawings and Specifications.
Project Completion: Work of the project shall be Substantially Complete within 180 calendar days.
One MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will take place on February 21, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., meet at the lobby outside the Sheriff Training Academy entrance at 9225 South 68th Street, Franklin, WI.
CONTRACTORS WHO ARE SUBMITTING A BID ON WORK ARE REQUIRED TO VISIT THE SITE AND ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
BIDS RECEIVED FROM CONTRACTORS NOT ATTENDING THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. SEE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH SECURITY SCREENING STATIONS AT COURTHOUSE ENTRANCES.
