Bids are solicited for an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Station with two bay garage, living
quarters, and basement of approximately 5,600 square feet gross floor area.

The building is of wood stud wall, wood floor framing and wood roof construction, with masonry
foundations. It includes fiberglass windows and steel exterior doors. The roof consists of asphalt
shingle roofing on wood sheathing. Exterior wall finishes include adhered thin brick and fiber cement
siding. The building will be fully protected with an NFPA compliant sprinkler system.

The Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC and Electrical systems are all Design-Build. Scope
specifications have been provided for basis-of-design criteria. Design-Build Contractor shall be
responsible for all required submittals to the state for approvals.

The Work includes mechanical and electrical work, interior finishes and related construction,
including partitions, doors, and casework in addition to exterior paving, landscape work and other
site improvements.
