Contract 1: Chiller Replacement
Project consists of removing existing chiller with pipe connections and pumps along with providing new chiller with pipe connections and pumps as indicated on Contract bidding documents.
Project Completion: Work of Contract shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days.
One MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will take place on April 17, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., meet at Wilson Park Senior Center Main Lobby, 2601 West Howard Avenue Milwaukee, WI.
BIDS RECEIVED FROM CONTRACTORS NOT ATTENDING THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL NOT BE OPENED. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. SEE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH SECURITY SCREENING STATIONS AT COURTHOUSE ENTRANCES.
Sealed bids are due in the County Clerk’s Office, Room 105, Milwaukee County Courthouse, on April 24, 2019
