Contract 1: Parking Lot & Lighting Replacement
Work consists of removing existing asphaltic pavement and concrete curb and gutter. Provide new concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, pervious pavers, and LED parking lot lighting as indicated on Project Bidding Documents.
Project Completion: Work of Contract shall be Substantially Complete by August 2, 2019. Note Parking lot construction shall be completed in two (2) project phases.
ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH SECURITY SCREENING STATIONS AT COURTHOUSE ENTRANCES.
