INVITATION FOR BIDS
PARKING STRUCTURE REPAIR
AT CENTRAL SUPPORT WEST
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental for Parking Structure Repair at Central Support West until 2:00 PM (CDST) on Friday, June 28, 2019, at the Housing Authority BID DESK, located on the second floor at 650 West Reservoir Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212, when all bids will be publicly opened.
Print copies and electronic files of the bid documents may be obtained beginning Friday, June 7, 2019. Bid documents are available through the following website: www.aegraphics.com. Interested parties may view bid documents without registering. Ordering print copies or electronic files of the bid documents requires registering. Electronic files may be downloaded from the website at no charge to the recipient. For print copies, there will be no charge for the first set per registered plan holder entity (whether an individual or a business); plan holder entities may order additional sets at their own expense. For print copies, a separate non-refundable shipping charge will be billed to the recipient ($10.50 for local delivery; $35.00 if print copies need to be sent via UPS); print copies may also be held for pick-up by recipient. For both print copies and electronic files, no deposit is required. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Friday, June 14, 2019. We will meet promptly at 10:00 AM at the Central Support West facility, 5125 West Lisbon Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53210.
