REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

BI-DIRECTIONAL AMPLIFIER SYSTEM AT BECHER COURT

BECHER COURT LLC, C/O HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will accept proposals for Bi-Directional Amplifier System at Becher Court, until 2:00 PM (CDST) on Friday, May 26, 2023, at the Modernization & Development Services office located at 401 East Ogden Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. Proposals may be mailed/delivered to the office, or emailed directly to Mr. David Flores of the Housing Authority at david.flores@hacm.org. Regardless of method of conveyance, proposals must be received by the due date and time.

Print copies and electronic files of the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be obtained beginning Monday, May 1, 2023. RFP documents are available through the following website: www.aegraphics.com. Interested parties may view RFP documents without registering. Ordering print copies or electronic files of the RFP documents requires registering. For print copies, there will be no charge for the first set per registered plan holder entity (whether an individual or a business); plan holder entities may order additional sets at their own expense. For print copies, a separate non-refundable delivery/shipping charge will be billed to the recipient (rates vary depending on method of delivery/shipping; contact A/E Graphics Inc. for current rates); print copies may also be held for pick-up by recipient. Electronic files may be downloaded from the website at no charge to the recipient. For both print copies and electronic files, no deposit is required. Prospective offerors must schedule an appointment to visit the site and test the building for emergency services communications radio signal coverage before submitting a proposal. Appointments may be scheduled with Ms. Alison Woznicki of the Housing Authority, alison.woznicki@travauxinc.com, 414-336-0331.

Administrative questions specifically about Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) may be directed to Ms. Konita Jude of the Housing Authority, kpjude@hacm.org, 414-286-2940. The Housing Authority will assist offerors/contractors in developing a plan to comply with EBE requirements.
