For this project, the Village of Mount Pleasant will ONLY be receiving and accepting bids for the LAKE PARK BLUFF MITIGATION PROJECT via the online electronic bid service through AE Graphics

Plan room. Electronic bids will be accepted until Wednesday, July 3, 2024, 11:00 AM. After the official Bid closing time, Bids will be opened, reviewed and, if accepted, displayed. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of advertisement. The electronic bid form will be available for completion beginning Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are on file and open for inspection during normal business hours at the Village of Mount Pleasant at 8811 Campus Drive, Mount Pleasant, WI  53406. These documents are also available electronically and may be examined online.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained ONLY from AE Graphics Plan room. Bid documents may be examined online at or downloaded under login after Wednesday June 19, 2024, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00. Construction of LAKE PARK BLUFF MITIGATION includes:

 Clearing and grubbing of shading trees and vegetation

 Construction of median 4-ton stone revetment

 Construction of a splash apron

 Grading of slope

 Site Restoration

 Modification of storm sewer outfall

 Stone overflow edge treatment

 Construction of maintenance manhole on storm sewer outfall with gate outlet
