Village of Brown Deer - 2024-Armed Forces Career Center Upgrades

NOTICE

Sealed bids for the above project will be received by the VILLAGE OF BROWN DEER at 4800 W. Green

Brook Drive, Brown Deer, WI 53223 until the Bid Deadline. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be

publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the documents prepared by the Unites States Army Corp. of

Engineers dated February 2024.

In general, the project consists of:

GENERAL TENANT IMPROVEMENTS:

• Install Security Closet with Locking Door, Shelves and Keys For All Services

• Install Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) / Digital Video Recorder (DVR) System – 16 Channel

• Install Entry Bell/Chime-Wire/Mechanical

• NAVY TENANT IMPROVEMENTS:

• Install Additional Desk Station for Video Intercom Entry System

• Relocate Existing Desk Station for Video Intercom Entry System

A single prime bid will be received for the work.
